I can't add friends nor delete them,and I can't decline or join any groups
Hello, I can't delete friends and when I try to they get deleted but it still says my friends list is full.
I can't join any groups or decline them from my notifications, please help!

Have soemoen on your frends list leave your friends list then tell them to readd you jsut after, otherwise that is all I got :bbtcat:

Try closing and then reopening steam, it may just be glitching

Try buying cards and crafting a badge, if the problem continues then please inform Steam.

It's not that, it's when i delete friends they get deleted from my friends list, but it still says my friends list is full..

Somewhat resolved, the friends thing is working now!:D:
The groups is still broken...

go punch steam in the face and yell WHERE R THE COOKIES if that doesnt work sue valve and if that doesnt work then i dunno u could a broken steam
