Every time I'm currently trying to add some funds to my steam wallet, I utterly fail to do that due to that one error that appears then and looks as following:

There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.

Anybody here experiencing the same issue?
Any ideas?
