Are all games affected or just one or two, please ?

The first step would be to change download regions several times to several different places and test that.

If using a router, bypass it and use ethernet only.

Same problem, I just bought a game, Rise of Nations, and can't even get past the readying install process, sits their for a bit then says connection timed out, tried several different download regions, same problem continues to occur.

How many is several ?

I have seen people try almost all of them, then finally the last one was the good region and it worked for them.

Is that one game the only one that seems affected ?

AND...what about the router suggestion above, if that applies to you ?

I'll try some more, tried about 15 different regions, also connected directly to router that still didn't work, the few other games I have work fine. Just can't seem to get Rise of Nations to download which is strange, never had a problem before with any of my other games.

Thanks. It really can be surprising how that can sometimes help. Imagine trying to convince users here that have tried many to try more...they usually are pretty frustrated at that point and give up on trying more regions.

Thanks again for the reply as to what you did and good luck to you in the future.
