Steam Community / Store pages wont load [workaround]
Modify your desktop steam icon and add " -no-cef-sandbox" to the end of the target line.

for instance my Steam Icon launchs steam with the following command line.
C:\DataDrive\Steam\Steam.exe -no-cef-sandbox

This issue is happening because something was changed with the CEF Sandbox that dosn't allow the path to exist behind any kind of NTFS Mount point / Junction point.
