Is steam a joke or something?
I got my items back, went to sleep. Then they were gone... Are you kidding me because i'm not laughing.. I checked my inventory and everything was GONE. i checked my PC THERE WAS NO VIRUS I EVEN DID A FACTORY RESET WTF THIS IS JUST STUPID... I CHANGED MY PASSWORD TO MY EMAIL IT'S 102 CHARACTERS LONG MY STEAM PASSWORD 64 CHARACTERS LONG EVERYTHING IS CHANGED EVEN STEAM GUARD IS ON... WTF IS HAPPENING? http://prntscr.com/7ny0oc http://prntscr.com/7ny1t0 THE HIJACKER EVEN BOUGHT A DEAGLE FOR $300 WTF

You have an inventory full of skins. Not the best maybe but you are now begging for skins. Obviously you have security issues or begging for skins.

look at my newest screenshots and look at my video on steam, i got my items back, everysingle one and when i went to sleep, woke up they were gone.

I don't understand how this is even possible. Unless you have a key logger in your PC or someone in your home has access to your PC.

Including formatting your computer to be sure whatever hack was gone?

Because if you did everything they said, I can guarantee you you would not have been hacked again.

i did a full virus scan, it found NOTHING. and i only have a sister, nobody else has access to my account
