So many bugs!
Just off the top of my head:
-OK doesn't show up when you press ready in online vs sometimes.
-Music isn't looping properly
-Game softlocks sometimes for no apparent reason
-Resolution setting is useless because there isn't a choice, you can only change from full to borderless to window. Also the game only looks at the highest resolution your monitor offers.
-Window resolution is really small, like 960x540 and can't be changed.
-Even if the japanese voices are selected, when at the character select screen the characters still speak english.
-Sometimes the japanese voices don't work.
-Filters in online are absolutely useless. Might as well leave them all on.
-Assets seem low quality.
-Voice selector looks hilariously low quality and rushed.
-Player names below the puzzle screen use a ugly, different font than the rest of the game
-NEW- Swap sound effect doesn't play

Come on Sega. What the hell is this? How hard can it be to port the PS4/Switch version properly?

In window mode you can maximize the window to fit to your desktop.

Um, i never encountered most of these, the only one i noticed so far is that in the story mode, Ringo used the Guys voice instead of hers.

I think the online filter thing fixed itself for me after restarting the game. The problem with the character select screen voice language is fixed the same way.
I wish the rest of these were fixed, though

did not see any of these things. i've heard of problems with people using big picture mode or ps4 controllers.

Some act 1 story mode (for me Act 1-5 and Act 1-6), characters do not say their combos.

And yeah, music loops improperly.

Haven't had any of these issues but can confirm the big picture mode/steam input issue. The game doesn't recognise my steam controller half of the time I boot it.

Just did a Fever Mode with Japanese Ringo in story mode. When she finishes the combo, she's supposed to do a stutter (Ta-ta-tangent), but instead, it plays 3 Tangent recordings on top of each other.
