An additional 25% will be added to that if you own the original on Steam (a total of 40%), but you need to be logged in to see that.
EDIT: This issue is now resolved - there was a bug preventing some users receiving the discount, but fixed now.
I am logged in and I do own the original game, still getting only showed 15% off.
Game is discounted at 15% which makes it 16,99 Euro, even though I own the original for ages.
Right click > Properties > Beta and select NONE. This will update the default build for you to play normally.
Were you in the closed testing group?
I'll look into this - it wasn't something we could test beforehand as it's hardcoded in the Steam backend. We've checked on a couple of test accounts and the 40% discount (launch + loyalty were applied correctly). Can you double check the old game is installed in your library please?
I wasn't involved in testing this game. I do have the original game installed.
EDIT: I also relogged to see if I would get the discount now, but nope. Still 15%
Stickying this topic - will keep you updated and apologies for the hassle!
I just tested this again and the game that appeared in my test library wasn't quite activated properly.
Can those of you experiencing a problem with the loyalty discount try loading up the old game (app 2400)? If that works, try refreshing the store page and see if the discount is applied properly.
Thanks!
Tried it, nope. Still doesn't work
We've put in a support request to Valve on this one. There's not a lot more we can do at this point unfortunately. It's likely someone will respond over the next few hours.
