Upside down

When I tried to get this to play on the new laptop it played black and white and upside down. I re installed it and now it gives me a black screen. I'm running Windows 8. Can anyone get it to work on windows 8?

I have windows8 and the intro is black and white and upside down same as starting menu and credits.

Only the videos were upside down for me. The rest of the game worked fine. Are you using AMD/ATI graphics card?

Thanks, both of you. I'll have to check thespecs of the laptop, I'll also look at it past the intro.

Nope. Now it's a black screen, and I can't see to find out about the gameplay.

Game works fine my end...but start upside down...after that things okay.options ect..i thought it was suppose to be like that in a strange and wacky way..hahaha guess i was wrong..
