The way you would do it is currently laid out here: https://youtu.be/MKnrPCuBNwE?list=PLwF0h2uAayIxhBGK6tdGcCZVCbK8p0-vz instead of the voice being on the clip you would just use one with the beeps for the entire line.

As for tweaking the text, you can use Kerning in Game Settings/Font Style and then the set text speed component will allow you to speed up or slow down the text.

Ive tried that but its not seeming to play at all. What im mainly looking for is a bleep per letter but im not sure anyone knows how to do that.

... Actually someone already made a plugin for it.

You can see it here : http://7yen.hateblo.jp/entry/2016/12/02/021301

However since the tag [cond] didn't working on English version if you want to use the macro it won't work [for now]

But if you really need to use the 'sfx' per letter you can use this macro :

[macro name="key"] [playse storage="key.ogg"] [wait time="200"] [endmacro] タ[key]イ[key]プ[key]ラ[key]イ[key]タ[key]ー[key]風[key]に[key]文[key]字[key]を[key]表[key]示[key]す[key]る[key]よ[key]。[key]

^I got it from the link above, I have tested it and it's working for me.

Hope this helps.

With your letters, so: H[key]e[key]l[key]l[key]o[key]ー[key]T[key]h[key]e[key]r[key]e[key]
