How do you talk to a nightmare? I don't understand which part you're stuck at.

Nightmare Max, after talking with her when it loads to the next scene, with chloe in the car, max just stands there in her pjs, i cant move.

I have the same problem and was thinking the exact same thing! I was so excited for the recent update because I thought they had finally fixed the problem. But they didn't. It sucks..

Exactly! was super hyped to be able to finish! but nope!

I also don't understand where are you stuck. Can you show the screenshot? I finished the game without any bugs or problems.

Can you post your system specs in this thread?
There is a "solution search" going on and it will help a lot when we can gather more data.

AMD Radeon HD 8210, AMD E1 Essential 2100 APU, 64 bit Window's 10, 4GB Ram.

Other who have the same problem also have an AMD APU graphic processor.

Sorry to say, but there is no fix yet.
Though there is something we haven't tried so far. It's a bit complicated but if you want we could try it.

I and the op of the other thread also have this glitch, too (I call the keypad thing a glitch because you can get past it and being unable to move a little later, a game breaking bug). It would seem this is linked to that problem. So far, the 3 of us run Win8+ (7 is recommended on the store page even though it's a 2015 game - odd) and amd/radeon. The ram doesn't seem to matter.

I think DON'TNOD just stopped caring, and will probably not patch at all, release season 2 or whatever and make more money, still not caring about us that can't finish the first season, I dunno what else to do, I updated my card, I did everything in the redist file or whatever, tried safe mode and nothing works, I guess we just have to accept and either try second season or give no more money to them.

Yeah, there seem to be relatively few with this problem and one person who contacted support got the cheap answer that it was a corrupt game save and to get rid of it and start over. I don't know if that person finished testing it, but I backed up my save, deleted it from the save dir and cloud and started with a completely new game. Of course, I jumped straight to ep 5, letting the game make earlier choices and still had the same prob. It wasn't a corrupted game save - that would most likely screw up your choices or not let you play, anyway. It's become an overused excuse ever since Telltale's ongoing probs with save game corruption.
