In case you have a good enough rig, and small enough games, you could run your main game then start your drop game after. It will take longer to drop cards than if it was running alone, but at least you still reduce the drops left.
Yes, I can farm card with a 2nd game running but this requires twice as much time. Today, I started to farm cards at 3pm (in France). It's 0:30am now and I have again 7 cards to drop. If I play another game, imagine the time spent.
I understand that it can be quite the challenge to be able to play and still drop as many cards for booster eligibility, I did it for a while. With around 250 eligible games, I now have some room to breath
