Cheater, Hackers, Bad Admins - Name & Shame - And YOU!
Since there is some confusion over the policies and rules. I'm going to sticky these for a while.
Notice that Steam has these rules in effect as well as can be seen from some of the links.

NOTE: The Following is my personal opinion. Clearly I do not enforce such as any kind of rule or in my moderator status. Again this is all my personal opinion. Cheaters and Hackers are not the same thing. I wish folks would stop using the term Hacker to describe Cheaters. Really gets under my nerves as most of the good modders you see are technically Hackers.
Cheaters are the people who exploit bugs or create modifications for the purpose of gaining an advantage.

Name and Shame type posts of any type are not allowed. Further, there are policies in place against naming and shaming others publicly.

While the above rules are not open for discussion or change here, there is a related discussion about language and the use of words. Specifically the use of the words hacker and cheater.
Please visit this thread if you wish to participate in a discussion on language about those words.

I want to thank bearhiderug for bringing to my attention that I had not clearly marked my personal opinion in the original post here, and an even more glaring failure on my part putting such in a locked thread (regardless of the reason the thread was locked). Hopefully the above edits and the links to the other thread have corrected these issues.
