How do you add custom unit cards to modded units?
I've been learning how to mod for the past couple of days, and I was able to creat a modded version of the Roman Hastati. The unit works in the campaign and custom battles; however, how do I import the custom unit card? I edited the custom unit card, so I have that part done, I just don't know how to take the .png file and import it into Pack File Manager so I can see the custom unit card in game.

I'm currently using Gimp to edit the unit cards.

Any videos or links explaning how to import the custom unit card would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

1. Create/add the following directory structure in your mod:
UI
__+--units
____+-- icons

2. Highlight your new "icons" directory in PFM and press the insert key, then browse to your png file and click open

3. in the db -> unit_variants row for your added unit, add the name of your file without the .png in the unit card column. You can capitalise it neatly like the other ones if you like. :)

et viola :)

what happens when you add the png file, but it ends up somewhere else. not in icons. Mine ends up at the top of the stack, till i save, then it goes to the bottom. It is a png file, it is named the same as my variant, and i am highlighting icons part and adding (files)
