This guide will take you counter clockwise around the map.
@ denotes the doll is INSIDE the trader and only accessible when said trader is open.

1. On the back of a traincar just left of the spawn.
2. In the rafters at the train station.
3#. On the highest windowsill of the spire across the train station.
4. In the first alley to the right immediately outside the train station.
5. In a furnace window on the powerup gates.
6. On a building patio ledge outside the Dandy Trader
7. In a flower/tree bed across from the 1st trader "The Dandy Trader".
8. On top of the oil fountain.
9. stuffed into a trashcan next to the right of the oil fountain.
10#. Head forwards and right to the lounge deck. Sitting on a cog, on the edge of a deck, outside the map.
11. On a cog table next to the wall of the lounge.
12. on the broken part of the deck.
13. sharpshoot it hanging from where a lightbulb should be on a lamp pole across the broken deck.
14. throw explosive grenades behind the counter of the pop a clot
15. under a bench next to the striped pavilion with mirrors inside.
16. In the broken Zoltar machine, on the other side of the pavilion from #15
17. Head to the left side of the slug ride. Under the deck across form the ride, sitting on the ground next to a support pole.
18. Next to the stairs leading to the Casino's Trader's main entrance. tucked behind some small boxes.
19. Just outside the Casino Trader's main entrance, on the left curl of the moustache.
20. Just oustide the Casino trader's main entrance, on a speaker just to the right of the giant moustache tip.
21. Go up the right side ramp from the Casino Trader entrance. On top of the right side Tickets booth, just behind it's curved sign.
22. On some rocks to the right of the ferris wheel.
23. Sitting in plain view at the bottom of the ferris wheel.
24. On one of the horizontal pipes attached to the back of the Ferris Wheel.
25#. In the corner of the docks behind the ferris wheel, right side. Tucked behind some boxes.
26. At the Casino trader's rear entrance, tucked in the left corner right as you step inside the small hallway.
27#. On the top ledge of the lighthouse
28#. On top of the "Flywheel" Ferris wheel sign. Just above the giant bolt.
29. Under a cage at the start of the left hand (lighthouse) side boulevard.
30. Lying in front of a trash can by the water/dock's edge.
31. In an abandoned arcade window full of boxes under "Aeroship Rides". Do a 180 if you're standing at #29.
32. In a broken claw machine game inside a striped yellow and red pavilion.
33#. In the middle of the open arch, under the crashed zepplin outside of the map, just left of the lightouse.
34. On top of the hanging body, on top of the Test your Strength game.
35. On the counter of the grenade toss game.
36. In the corner next to the Mechanical Man
37. Under a sign/ramp closest to the "Amazing Mechanical Man" dancing robot.
38. Replacing the head of a dead body slumped on a bench. Very close to the mechanical man.
39. Sitting by the eyepiece of the Telescope.
40. Sitting on the bench next to 4 potted plants.
41. In the treebranch of one of the plants.
42. On top of the second trader sign
43. In a vending machine
44. Under the stairs of the clocktower building.
45. On the clocktower deck, sitting in a chair in a corner.
46. In the clocktower pipe.
47. Left of the powerup gates, by a trash can.
48@. Inside the 2nd trader, on top of a pipe just inside the right of the entrance.
49@. Hiding in the 1st trader, near the junction of some rafters (look up).
50@. In the Casino trader, (3rd trader). In a support beam in the middle of the room.
