Series of Tubes Achievement Not Working

I'm trying to get the Series of Tubes achievement. I have connected my Robot Entertainment account to my Steam account at their website (the same one others have used), but the achievement won't unlock. Does anybody have a solution or any ideas for how to unlock the achievement?

i am having the same issue. wrote to customer service a few days ago and no reply. i hate these kinds of non achievements

I mailed them and got a response today (they were off for the holidays), they wrote that its bugged but are working on it.

Sorry for the delay! As mentioned, we were out for the holidays. The achievement is bugged right now and we're looking into solutions.

I still haven't got this achievement though I made the registration at the beginning of January. For the developers: I hope You will get this resolved. I don't feel it fair to add these kind of achievements that rely on some external services. Some day those services will be shut down and we gamers will only get dissapointed. Great game in every other way. Thanks!
